What is Curiosity?

Story & Mission

Curiosity isn’t just a festival. It’s something you step into. A place where music, atmosphere and people don’t just meet…they merge. This is where you come to discover. Not just the line-up, but the moment. The energy. Each other. Because here, you’re not watching from the sidelines. You’re not a spectator. You are the festival.

Curiosity lives on surprise, wonder and connection.
Every day brings a new theme, a new mood, a new world to get lost in. But the feeling? That stays with you. The spark. The buzz. The sense that something unexpected could happen at any second. So don’t just hear about it. Be there!

Grab your ticket.
Let your curiosity run wild.
And step into the story.
Welcome to Curiosity.
Stay curious.

CHARITY

Curiosity is about connection.
Not just between beats and people on a field,
but beyond it. Because what we build here…should mean something out there too. That’s why we support Gyponvrienden. They stand behind GYPON, a network of doctors and researchers from Ghent University and UZ Gent, working every day to support women facing gynaecological cancers.

Our charity is the Gyponvrienden (www.gyponvrienden.be). GYPON stands for the Gynecological Pelvic Oncological Network of Ghent University and Ghent University Hospital. The network brings together healthcare providers and researchers who dedicate themselves daily to women with gynecological cancers.

GYPON vrienden is an independent volunteer association that supports initiatives for the GYPON network.

The commitment of Curiosity Festival shows how culture and care can strengthen each other. The support we receive is used for innovative research such as OvaClass, which enables better diagnostics for ovarian cancer. Just as importantly, this collaboration makes gynaecological cancers more visible and opens the conversation about a topic that has remained under-exposed for too long.” — GYPON (Gynecological Pelvic Oncological Network Ghent)
